Tania Zepeda

Tania leads the deployment of modular water, energy, and waste infrastructure across the UAE and Latin America. She is an energy transition leader with more than 20 years of experience in subsurface engineering, geothermal development, integrated energy systems, wastewater systems, and low-carbon fuels.

She has senior experience leading clean technology startups and working with holding company ventures, government entities, and private companies across different regions. Her work focuses on delivering commercially scalable decarbonization solutions. She is also a Member of the Energy Institute.

Saman Farooq works closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and oversee the execution of key business priorities across the organization. With a strong focus on structure, coordination, and performance, she plays an integral role in aligning operations with the company’s long-term objectives. Enabling leadership to remain focused on growth, expansion, and high-value decision-making.

With a background in digital graphic design, specializing in the development of strategic visual concepts and brand experiences. She leads creative direction across branding, content, and digital platforms, translating ideas into cohesive and impactful narratives.

With experience spanning design, production, and event direction, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to building meaningful and visually compelling brands.

Regina León López is a Law and International Relations student at Tecnológico de Monterrey and an intern with experience in risk management and international academic programs in New York, Geneva, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, with a focus on international trade, diplomacy, and strategic analysis.
